These terms govern your use of the Create & Grow Academy website and courses, operated by Create & Grow Media, ABN 39 680 237 163. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

• Once purchased, you receive lifetime access to the course content, including future updates.
• Course access is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, redistribute, or resell course materials.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time.

Our courses are digital products delivered electronically. You receive immediate lifetime access on enrolment, including all current and future course content, worksheets, and updates. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be returned in its original state, we do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased. We will always help you decide if a course is the right fit before you enrol. Contact hello@createandgrow.au with any questions before purchase.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All course content, including lessons, worksheets, templates, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Create & Grow Media. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business purposes.

The Guided tier includes group coaching calls. These are scheduled at our discretion and subject to availability. Call recordings may be shared with other participants in your cohort.

Our courses provide education and guidance based on professional agency experience. Results vary depending on your business, effort, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Create & Grow Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
