3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of enrolment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, worksheets, templates, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Create & Grow Media. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business purposes.

6. Guided Coaching

The Guided tier includes group coaching calls. These are scheduled at our discretion and subject to availability. Call recordings may be shared with other participants in your cohort.

7. Disclaimer

Our courses provide education and guidance based on our professional experience. Results vary depending on your business, effort, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Create & Grow Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
