Create & Grow Academy is Neisha's brainchild. She's the branding specialist at Create & Grow Media. Formally trained in design, with years spent building brands for businesses across Queensland, from tradies to ecommerce stores. She's the person businesses call when they need a brand that actually means something. Josh handles the digital marketing and tech side: SEO, Google Ads, automation, and analytics, making sure every strategy converts, not just looks good.
They kept seeing the same thing: small business owners, good people, working their backsides off, handing over $5,000+ for marketing courses that delivered nothing but a certificate and a Facebook group full of strangers. Recycled content from internet gurus who've never run a real business. That drove Neisha mad. She knew there was a better way.

She built the Academy curriculum from the ground up, drawing on real work with clients like Dip Bathhouse, Muse Bathhouse, and Recycle King Australia.
