Create & Grow Academy is operated by Create & Grow Media, ABN 39 680 237 163, based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Create & Grow Media.

We collect the following personal information:

• Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Contact form: name, email, and message content.
• Waitlist and newsletter: email address.
• Usage data: anonymised analytics (pages visited, time on site, general location) via Google Analytics.
• Payment information: processed securely by HubSpot Commerce and Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.

• To provide and improve our courses and services.
• To send course updates, new content notifications, and marketing emails you have opted into.
• To respond to enquiries via our contact form.
• To process payments and manage your account.
• To analyse site usage and improve experience.

• HubSpot: CRM and email marketing.
• Stripe: payment processing via HubSpot Commerce.
• Resend: transactional email delivery.
• Supabase: account and course-progress storage (Sydney region).
• Google Analytics: anonymised website analytics.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on forms.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can request deletion at any time.

• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

We use essential cookies for site functionality (login sessions, form security) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, HubSpot) to understand how visitors use our site. We do not run advertising retargeting cookies and we do not sell your data.
